NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Tuesday, the 28th day of December, 1875. Application must be made by the applicant, in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s 3d per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year's occupation fee. PERSONS desirous of selecting Land, either for immediate purchase or for occupation on deferred payments, or under the Agricultural Lease Regulations, will, on application to Mr. Robert Short, at the Land Office, Dunedin, be supplied with all the information they may require as to what land is open for sale or occupation, and the terms upon which it may be acquired.

Mr. Robert Short will shew maps of the land, and assist purchasers or selectors in making the necessary applications.
