ROAD "SOUTHERN TRUNK TO PORT MOLYNEUX."

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 15th November, for

Contract No. 1066—Construction of 33 chains of road between Downie's and top of Murdoch's Hill.

Plans and specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at the Police Station, Balclutha.

Tenders to be indorsed "Tender for Contract No. 1066."

The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.


TENDERS will be received at the Government Offices, Dunedin, until noon of Friday, 12th November, 1875, for the Erection of a Stone Engine House at Port Chalmers Graving Dock.

Plans and specifications may be seen at Mr. Armstrong's, Railway Engineer's Office, Dunedin.

The Government will not be bound to accept any tender.


TENDERS FOR SURVEY.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Lands until 4 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, the 17th November, for

Contracts Nos. 90 and 91—Survey of about 36,000 acres into sections of 200 acres each, in Chatton and Glenkenich Districts.

noon, on Wednesday, the 10th November, 1875, at the upset price of 20s per acre :—

NOTICE is hereby Given, that the following sections in Blueskin Township will be offered for sale by public auction, at Dunedin Land Office, on Monday, the 15th November, noon, 1875, at the upset price of £5, at per section :—

Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, block V ; 1, 2, 3, 4, block VIII ; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, block IX ; 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, block X ; 2, 6, block XI ; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, block XII ; 1, 2, 3, block XIII ; 3, block XIV ; 6, 7, block XV.

And Sections 1 to 23, block VI., containing from 3½ to 6½ acres each. Upset price per annum to be stated next Gazette.
