WANTED a Schoolmaster for the Main District School, Hampden. Married couple preferred. Conditions, Government Salary, £100 per annum, with school fees, less 20 per cent. Also 7-roomed residence on ½-acre section. If wife able to act as sewing mistress, salary £35 per annum. Present attendance of pupils from 90 to 100.

TENTH SCHEDULE.

District of Naseby, 22nd Sept. 1875.
To the District Land Officer at Naseby.

WE hereby give Notice that we intend to construct a water race for irrigation, commencing at a point in the Manuherikia river, three miles above our home station, and terminating at our home station.

The length of such water race is three miles, or thereabouts, and its intended course is from north to south.

The mean depth and breadth of such water race is 2 feet by 1 foot, and it is capable of carrying 2 heads of water.

TENTH SCHEDULE.

District of Dunstan, September 29, 1875.
To the District Land Officer at Clyde.

I HEREBY give Notice, that I intend to construct a water race for domestic and irrigation purposes, commencing at a point in Dairy Creek, Cooper's Gully, below Mr Holden's house, and terminating at my Agricultural lease.

The length of such water race is half a mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is north and south.

The mean depth and breadth of such water race is 14 inches by 12 inches, and it is capable of one sluice head of water.

TAKE NOTICE, that I desire that the boundary or separating fence between section 31, block V, Tuapeka East, and sections 9 and 33 of the said block, be made immediately; and that such fence shall be sod wall, bank, or dyke, two feet six inches high, with a base of three feet, and ditches on each side two feet nine inches wide by two feet deep, posts 6ft long sunk two feet in the ground, and placed twelve feet apart, having three wires.

TAKE NOTICE that I desire that the boundary fence between section 16, block IX., and section 19, block IV., Greenvale District, be made immediately, and that such fence shall be stakes and three wires, and two ditches.

TAKE NOTICE, that I desire that the boundary or separating fence between sections 57 and 61, of the said block be made immediately; and that such fence shall be sod wall, bank, or dyke, two feet six inches high, with a base of three feet, and ditches on each side two feet nine inches wide by two feet deep, iron stands six feet long sunk two feet in the ground, and placed twelve feet apart, having three wires.
