SUPREME COURT CIRCUIT SITTINGS.
NOTICE is hereby Given, that a Circuit Court Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business will be holden in the Court House at Lawrence, on Tuesday, the twenty-first day of September next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon; at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, or otherwise, to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

A DARK Bay Filly, rising five years, unbroken, well bred, with a white snip on the nose, branded LG near shoulder. Any person delivering the same to Mr. John Hamill, Woodlands, will receive £2 reward, or £1 will be paid to any one giving such information as will lead to its recovery. 4-10s.
OTAKIA POUND.
THE HORSE that was advertised to be sold on the 3rd of September has been claimed by one William Allan, of St. Kilda.
