RATE-PAYERS are hereby Notified that a General
Rate of 1s. in the £ for the year ending June 1876,
was made on the 18th August, 1875, over each Subdivision, including the following Townships:—Rothesay,
St. Leonards, Opoho, Ravensbourne, Roseneath, Maybank, Woodhaugh, Catton, Killarney, Normanby,
Judgingstone and Opoho extension.

The Rate is payable on the 20th September, 1875.

CLUTHA DISTRICT ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE is hereby Given of the Board's intention, at
its meeting, 19th September, 3 p.m., to make the
following Highway Rates on all rateable properties
within the District, for the year 1875-76, viz.:—
Eastern Warepa Subdivision.
General rate ... Twelve pence in the £.
Special rate ... Three pence in the £.
Western Warepa Subdivision.
General rate ... Twelve pence in the £.
Special rate ... Three pence in the £.

A statement of the proposed rate lies for inspection at
the Board's office, Warepa.

HALFWAY BUSH DISTRICT ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that the Halfway Bush
District Road Board intends to levy a Special Rate
of 1s. in the £ on all properties situate in the Waikari
Subdivision of the said District; and also a Special Rate
of 1s. in the £ on all properties situate in the Flagstaff
Subdivision of the said District, for the period ending
June 30, 1876.

All objections against rate or assessment (if any) must
be lodged in writing with the undersigned on or before
Thursday, September 16, 1875.

The rate book is open for inspection daily, at Bunting's,
Halfway Bush store.
