NOTICE is hereby given that the Lease for ten years of Run 461, containing 2000 acres, will be offered for Sale by Public Auction, at the Survey Office, Clyde, on the 1st day of October next, at noon, in terms of the "Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872." Rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle, but the minimum stock on which assessment is charges, shall not be less than 300 sheep. The Lease to commence on the 1st day of October, 1875. The deposit of one-tenth of the purchase money shall be payable at the fall of the hammer, the balance within a month from date of sale.
