ROXBURGH TOWNSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that Sections 1 and 2, Block XXII, Roxburgh, will be offered for Sale by Public Auction, at the Survey Office, Clyde, on Friday, the 1st October, 1875, at noon, at the upset price of £5 per section, with valuations for improvements to the extent of £150 on each.
RUN 461.—1ST OCTOBER, 1875.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Lease for ten years of Run 461, containing 2000 acres, will be offered for Sale by Public Auction, at the survey office, Clyde, on the 1st day of October next, at noon, in terms of the "Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872," and especially the 144th clause of that Act, at the upset price or premium of a half-penny per acre. Rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle, on the number to be hereafter determined by an assessor, to be appointed by the Waste Land Board, of the stock-carrying capacities of the Run. The Lease to commence on the 1st day of October, 1875. The deposit of one-tenth of the purchase money shall be payable at the fall of the hammer, the balance within a month from date of sale.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following application to occupy land on deferred payments has been received at this office.

BOARDING DEPARTMENT.
The Rectory, which occupies one of the finest situations in Dunedin, and is surrounded by extensive recreation grounds, has been specially fitted up for the accommodation of Boarders. The rooms are lofty, light, and well-ventilated, and everything has been arranged with a view to the health and comfort of the pupil.
The Boarders are under the direct control of the Rector, who, with the assistance of a well-qualified Resident Master, superintends the preparation of lessons at home.
The domestic arrangements are under the management of MRS. NORRIE.
The terms for Board, Washing, and Superintendence of Studies, are £40 per school session. The fees are paid
