IMPOUNDED, on the 17th day of June, 1875, by the
Inspector of Nuisances—
1 grey draught mare, long tail
1 black draught mare, long tail
1 bay draught mare, white face, no brand
Owner unknown, for trespassing on the streets of Invercargill; and in default of being released, the above
horses will be sold at the public pound at Invercargill,
on Friday, the 9th day of July, 1875, at 12 o'clock noon.

IMPOUNDED on the 21st day of June, 1875, by
Matthew Fogarty—
1 Brown Cow, no visible brand,
Owner unknown, for trespassing on Town Belt; and in
default of being above Cow will be sold at
the Public Pound at South Dunedin, on Friday, the 9th
day of July, 1875, at twelve o'clock noon.

IMPOUNDED in the Oamaru Pound on the 18th
June, 1875, by Barnabas Batersby—
1 Bay Saddle Horse, indistinct brand, like a triangle
near shoulder,
For trespassing in his paddock at Oamaru, for which he
claims 10s. damage. Owner unknown. And in default
of being released, the above horse will be sold at the
public pound, at Oamaru, on Friday, the 9th day of July,
1875, at 12 o'clock noon.
