The Boarders are under the direct control of the Rector, who, with the assistance of a well-qualified resident Master, superintends the preparation of lessons at home.

The domestic arrangements are under the management of Mrs. NORRIE.

The terms for Board, Washing, and Superintendence of Studies, are £40 per school session. The fees are paid quarterly in advance. One quarter's notice is required on the removal of a pupil.

To the District Land Officer, Clyde,

I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a Water Race for irrigation and agricultural purposes, commencing at a point in the first creek to the north-eastward of Galloway Head Station, at a point about a mile above the present main Mountain road from Dunstan to Dunedin, and terminating at Galloway Head Station.

The length of such Race is one mile and a quarter, or thereabouts and its intended course is westerly.

The mean depth and breadth of such Race is fifteen inches by eighteen inches, and it is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water.
