the estate and interest of the above named George Reeves, the execution debtor, in all that parcel of land, situate in the Tokomairiro District in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement one rood (more or less), being section numbered thirty-six (36), block (III.) on the subdivision map of that portion of the private township of Milton, signed by one Peter M\'Gill, and deposited with the Registrar of Deeds for the Province of Otago aforesaid, bounded towards the north-east by section numbered thirty-five of the same block, two hundred and twenty-five links; towards the south-east by Albert-street, one hundred and twelve links; towards the south-west by section numbered thirty-seven of the same block, two hundred and twenty-five links; and towards the north-west by section numbered twenty-nine of the same block, one hundred and twelve links; being part and parcel of rural section numbered one hundred and thirty-four, block seventeen, on the Record Map of the Tokomairiro District of the Province aforesaid, the memorial of judgment of which is registered in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in Dunedin in the Province aforesaid, at the suit of the above named Charles Flexman, the execution creditor, been levied upon and taken in execution, and will be sold by auction at the Sheriff\'s Bailiff\'s Office, Supreme Court House in Dunedin, on Saturday, the 3rd day of July next, at twelve o\'clock at noon, unless the said execution shall be previously satisfied.

Owners unknown, for trespassing on grass paddock, for which the sum of ten shillings each is claimed, for driving; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Islabank, on Friday, the 25th day of June, 1875, at twelve o\'clock noon.

1 red and white bullock, fork near ear, back half off ear, branded like Y on off rump.
Owners unknown, for trespassing on grass paddocks and breaking down fences, for which eight shillings per head damages and driving expenses are claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Lovel\'s Flat, on Friday, 18th day of June, 1875, at 12 o\'clock noon.

Owner unknown, for trespassing on his paddock, for which £2 is claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Balclutha, on Friday, the 25th day of June, 1875, at twelve o\'clock noon.

One grey gelding, branded like DK conjoined on near shoulder.
Owner unknown, for trespassing on a paddock, for which the sum of 10s. damages, and 40s. driving expenses is claimed; and in default of being released, the above gelding will be sold at the Public Pound at Tapanui, on Friday, the 18th day of June, 1875, at twelve o\'clock noon.

INCENDIARISM.

£100 REWARD.
WHEREAS, Maliciously Setting Fire to a Woolshed and Stable.
At about 7. 30 o\'clock on the night of the 6th ult., a woolshed and stable containing a buggy, a chaff-cutting machine, a woolpress, a quantity of harness, oats, etc., situate at Kuriwao Station, Clinton, the property of Fitzclarance Roberts, Esq., value £1000, were discovered on fire, by which they were destroyed.
And whereas, at an inquest held on the 9th ultimo, to enquire as to the origin of the said fire, the Jury returned the following verdict, "That no evidence of the origin of the fire doth appear to the Jury."
And whereas it is believed that the said fire was wilfully and maliciously originated: And whereas, Fitzclarance Roberts, Esquire, has offered a reward of £50 for the arrest and conviction of the offender:
Notice is hereby given that a reward of £50 (supplemental to that offered by Mr. Roberts,) will be paid by the Provincial Government of Otago, to any person who will first give such information to the police as will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons by whom the said fire was caused, and His Excellency the Governor is not advised to grant a free pardon to an accomplice, not being the person who actually caused the fire, who will give such information as will lead to a like result.
