DUNEDIN DISTRICT SCHOOLS.

THE COMMITTEE invite Applications, with Testimonials,
until Friday, 7th May, for a duly qualified
SECOND MASTER at the New School, Albany Street.
Salary: Government Grant, £100, and a proportion of
the fees, amounting to a total of about £240 per annum.
Applicants to state when they can enter upon their
duties.

WANTED, a TEACHER, for the One Tree Point
School. Salary—Government Subsidy £60, and
school fees. A new schoolhouse is in course of erection,
and the present building is to be converted into a school-
master's residence, which will have three acres of land

Mr. A. Smith, Chairman of School Committee, One Tree
Point, on or before the 1st of May.

WANTED for the North School Oamaru, a duly
qualified Assistant Teacher. Salary, £150 per
annum. Applications, with testimonials, will be received
up to the 5th June, and applicants must state when they
can enter upon their duties.

PENINSULA ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that a separate rate of 6d.
in the £, nett annual value, will be levied on all
property situated on Goat Hill, Anderson's Bay Subdivi-
sion, for the purpose of fencing road leading across the
Bay.
All parties objecting thereto, must send in their objec-
tions to the Board within one month from this date.
The Board also calls for Tenders for the undermen-
tioned work in the Anderson's Bay Subdivision, viz.:—
40 yards 2½-inch blue metal, for Cemetery road; 30 yards
2½-inch blue metal, for M'Bride's road; and 20 yards
2½-inch blue metal, for Popham's road.

BLUESKIN ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE.—WILLIAM DRYSDALE, Jun., having been
appointed Clerk and Collector to the Blueskin
Road Board, is now authorised to collect any rates due to
the above Board.

LINDHURST ROAD DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that the Lindhurst District
Road Board purpose applying to His Honor the
Superintendent to declare the following road line a Main
District Road, that is to say: All that irregular road line
starting from a point on the main Hokonui District Road
6200 links from Trig. OI (a dot within the O), thence in
a northwest direction through block IVA, thence through
the said block and section 3A, thence 3100 links west of
Trig. OG (a dot within the O), thence through part of
section 5, thence along the Hedgehope stream for 11,300
links, and also through sections 6 and 9, thence by an
irregular line along the south-west boundary of section
16, thence along the north boundary of sections 14 and 1,
thence through an unnumbered block to the east boun-
dary of block XVII, thence through block XVII, and
along the south boundary of sections 19 and 27, all the
said blocks and sections being situate in the Waimumu
District, and thence in a south-west direction to the boun-
dary of the said Waimumu Subdivision of the Lindhurst
Road District aforesaid.
A map of the proposed line of road may be seen by all
interested parties at the store of Messrs. M'Gibbon and
Sons, Mataura Bridge.
All parties opposed to the opening of the above line of
road are hereby required to set forth in writing—ad-
dressed to the Clerk of the Board, within forty days from
publication in the this Gazette—all objections which they
may have to the proposed line of road.

SEASIDE ROAD BOARD.

FRESH TENDERS will be received by the above
Board until the 5th May for the supply, spreading,
and boxing of 300 cubic yards of 3 inch metal. All
Tenders must be lodged with the Chairman, Mr. Thomas
Howorth, who will supply any information required by
intending Contractors. The Board does not undertake to
accept the lowest or any tender. A deposit of 5 per cent
will have to be lodged with the tender.

KURI BUSH ROAD BOARD.

FRESH TENDERS will be received by the under-
signed until noon of Monday, 10th May 1875, for
200 yards 3-inch bluestone metal for the School Gully
Road.
