DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

TUESDAY, 13TH APRIL, 1875.

1,580 ACRES OF LAND for sale on Deferred
Payments, in the Herriott Hundred, near
Swift Creek.

Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned
sections will be open for application on deferred payments
on Tuesday, the 13th day of April, 1875. Application must
be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office
in the Province, and a deposit of 1s 3d per acre; paid at
the time of making the application, the being the first half-
year's occupation fee. The purchase money is payable
at the rate of 2s 6d per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land
Offices at Lawrence, and at Dunedin.

Sections 16, 22, 23, 24, 26, and 30, Block IV., and
Sections 1, 8, 11, 13, 23, and 25, Block V., Greenvale.

leading from the Otakia Quarry Reserve to the
Main South Road, and passing through the Otakia
School play-ground, in front of the School-house, will be
closed on and after the 11th day of April, 1875.

EDUCATION MEETINGS.

IN consequence of no School Committee having been
elected for the following mentioned districts on the
11th of January, His Honor the Superintendent has ap-
pointed a meeting of the Owners and Occupiers of land
and Householders of each district, to be held in the
Schoolhouse, on Monday, April 5th, at 7 o'clock p.m., to
elect a School Committee for the current year.

Salary: Government subsidy of £100 and School
Fees, amounting to over £50. There is a good dwelling-

WANTED a competent Teacher for the Papakaio
School. Salary: £75, and School fees. There are
forty pupils on the roll, with every probability of a
