DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

1,530 ACRES OF LAND for sale on Deferred Payments in the Herriott Hundred, near Swift Creek.

Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be open for application on deferred payments on Tuesday, the 13th day of April, 1875. Application must be made by the applicant in person, at any Land Office in the Province, and a deposit of 1s 3d per acre paid at the time of making the application, being the first half-year’s occupation fee. The purchase money is payable at the rate of 2s 6d per acre per annum for ten years.

Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained, at the Land Offices at Lawrence, and at Dunedin.

Sections 16, 22, 23, 24, 26, and 30, Block IV., and Sections 1, 8, 11, 13, 23, and 25, Block V., Herriott Hundred.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Allotments in the above Hundred will be offered for sale by public auction at the Court House, Mataura Bridge, on Thursday, the first day of April next, at noon, at the upset price of the sums set opposite each Section, as land of special value, in terms of the 85th clause of the “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872.” The land having been improved by fencing and otherwise and compensation paid to Runholder.

Sections 10, 13, and 11 Block IV., Waikaka District, have been withdrawn from sale, but will be open for application on and after the 1st day of April next.

Applications for which may be lodged at the Land Offices or Invercargill, where plans may be seen and lithographs obtained.

RUN FOR SALE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease for ten years of Run No. 61, containing about 1600 acres, will be offered for sale by Public Auction, at the Court House, Mataura Bridge, on Thursday, the 1st day of April next, at noon, in terms of the “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872,” and especially the 144th clause of that Act, at the upset price, or premium of 2d. per acre per annum rent to be assessed of 2s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle, on the occupier to be determined by an assessor of stock carrying capacities of the Run, to be appointed by the Waste Land Board. The lease to commence on 1st April, 1875. The rent for the half year ending 1st October, 1875, and the deposit of one tenth of the purchase money, shall be payable at the fall of the hammer, the balance of purchase money within a month of date of sale.
