NOTIFICATION is hereby made, that Applications for Leases under the Goldfields Agricultural Loan Regulations, of land in block X., Benger, which is situate on Run No. 200, known as Captain Henderson’s Run, will be received by the Warden of the District, at Roxburgh, on and after Thursday, the 9th March next. The area open for application is 2500 acres in extent. Plans may be seen at Roxburgh, or the Land Office, Dunedin.

I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I have this day applied to the District Land Board to occupy, under the deferred payment system, Sections 27, 28 and 33, Block I., Earnslaw District, Lake Wakatipu, containing 149 acres 2 roods, 20 poles, or thereabouts.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease for ten years of Run No. 64, containing about 1600 acres, will be offered for sale by Public Auction, at the Court House, Mataura Bridge, on Thursday, the 1st day of April next, at noon, in terms of the “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872,” and especially the 144th clause of that Act, at the upset price, or premium of 2d. per acre; rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle, on the number to be hereafter determined by an assessor of the stock-carrying capacities of the run, to be appointed by the Waste Land Board.
