THE Partnership hitherto existing between William Murray, David Law, William Menelaus, and David Gilmour Stephens, under the style of William Murray and Co., has this day been DISSOLVED, so far as D. G. Stephens is concerned, by his retirement from the firm. The business will be carried on as usual by the other partners.

THE Partnership between William Wilson and Alex. Deans, as road contractors, in Contract No. 1,005, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and the Contract will be carried on by Alex. Deans, by whom all debts due on the said Contract will be satisfied, and to whom all accounts due to the said Contract are to be paid.

To the District Land Officer at Switzers.

I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I intend to construct a Water Race for agricultural purposes commencing in a certain gully on Muddy Terrace, and taking in other gullies on the line of race, and terminating on my Agricultural Lease: the length of such race is one mile or thereabouts; size of race, 18in. by 18in; and will be capable of carrying three heads of water.

One grey saddle horse, branded 8 near shoulder. Owner unknown, for trespassing on growing crop, for which £5 damage is claimed, and in default of being released, the above horse will be sold at the public pound at East Taieri, on Friday, the 12th day of March, 1875, at twelve o’clock noon.

Owner unknown, for wandering at large in Blueskin, for which ten shillings is charged to defray expenses incurred in driving to pound, and in default of being released, the above horse will be sold at the public pound at Blueskin on the 12th day of March, 1875, at twelve o’clock noon.
