Tenth Schedule.

District of Mount Ida, January 9, 1875.

To the District Land Officer at Naseby.

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I intend to construct a water race and dam for irrigation and gardening purposes, the water race commencing at a joint in Wet Gully, Naseby, near the Surprise Water Race Company’s fluming, and terminating on the east side of my residence area No. 2208. The dam is situated on the east side of the said residence area; length of dam bank, sixty feet; greatest height, five feet; greatest breadth of base, six feet; area of reservoir, one-eighth of an acre.

The length of such race is 300 yards, or thereabouts, and its intended course is north and south.

The mean depth and breadth of such race is 2 feet wide by one foot in depth, and it is capable of carrying one sluice head of water.

If the above cattle are not claimed before Monday, 1st February, they will be sold at the Glenore Pound at noon.

Poundkeepers who have not made their quarterly return to the Provincial Treasurer are reminded that the Impounding Ordinance contains a penalty for such neglect.

NOTICE

All Cattle trespassing and destroying fences on our property shall be impounded, if not removed before the 28th instant.
