IMPOUNDED
On the 27th day of December, 1874 by William Cooper,
One bay draught colt white down face, near hind fetlock white, like O near hip. Owner unknown, for trespassing on James Newman's paddock of grass hay, and in default of being released the above colt will be sold at the Public Pound at South Dunedin, on Friday, the 15th day of January, 1875, at twelve o'clock noon.

1 yellow steer brand like IR off rump,
1 red heifer no visible brand,
1 red steer like J on off rump,
1 black and white steer no visible brand,
1 bay horse X on near shoulder,
1 black horse 13 off neck.
Owners unknown for trespassing on Hawksbury reserves, for which no damage is claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Hawksbury, on Friday, the 15th day of January 1875, at twelve o'clock noon.
