Steer, bullock, heifer and calf will be sold at the Public Pound at Lawrence.


IMPOUNDED, on the 28th day of November, 1874, by Sydney Tarubull, East Taieri —

One bay draught colt, white stripe down face, near hind fetlock white, branded like circle on near hip.

Owner unknown, for trespassing on growing crop, for which £2 5s damages is claimed; and in default of being released, the above will be sold at the public Pound at East Taieri, on Friday, the 18th day of December, 1874, at twelve o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED, on the 26th day of November, 1874, by the Warden of the Moeraki Hundred —

One strawberry cow, with calf, no brand.
One red bullock, branded I K on rump, short horns.
One red steer, branded J2 on near rump.
One red and white cow, tip off ear, with calf, branded like B U on near shoulder.
One red cow, branded K G on off rump, with calf.
One two-year-old bull, no brand.
Four bulls, about fifteen months old, no brand.
One red steer, branded 17 on off rump, tip off ear.

Owner unknown, for trespassing in the township of Hampden, for which the sum of 4s each is claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Hampden, on Friday, the 18th day of December, 1874, at twelve o’clock noon.

One bay filly, blaze, off hind foot white, and E on near shoulder.
One bay colt, yearling, hind feet white and star, no visible brand.

For trespassing on the streets, owners unknown; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Lawrence, on Friday, the 18th day of December, 1874, at twelve o’clock noon.
