DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

IT is Notified for public information that applications may now be made at any Land Office, for land situated in any Land District, under the deferred payment clauses of the Act.

The Land now remaining open for Sale on deferred payments is situated as follows:—

At Waipahi, 1,612 acres
At Tuapeka, 1,526 acres
At Maerewhenua, 2,400 acres
At Toetoes, 761 acres

Contracts Nos. 957, 958, 959, 960—Construction of Stone and Timber Bridges on road Clinton to Mataura between Clinton and Mataura Bridge.

Tenders to be indorsed “Tender for Contract No. 957, 958, 959, 960,” as the case may be.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 22nd September, 1874, for—

Contracts Nos. 957, 958, 959, 960—Construction of Stone and Timber Bridges on road Clinton to Mataura Bridge between Clinton and Mataura.

Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at Police Camp, Balclutha.

Tenders to be indorsed “Tender for Contract No. 957, 958, 959, 960,” as the case may be.

TENDERS will be received up to noon on the 30th September, for the several Works required in the erection of a Granite School Building, of Stone, in Oamaru.

Plans and specifications may be seen at the Education Office, Dunedin, and at the Office of John Lemon, Tyne street, Oamaru.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

TO ARCHITECTS.

COMPETITIVE DESIGNS are invited for a Building to be used for the Otago Provincial Museum.

The conditions under which Designs will be received can be seen on application at the Office of the Secretary for Works.

Designs will be received at the Office of Lands and Works till noon of Thursday, 1st October, 1874.

WASTE LAND BOARD.

IT is hereby notified that all business for consideration by the Board at its weekly meeting on Wednesday must be entered not later than 4 o’clock p.m. on Tuesday previous.
