LAND APPLICATIONS AND SALES
Forfeiture of Deposits
All sums are to be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill, on or before Wednesday, the 24th day of June, 1874, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

TENDERS
Bread and Forage
Separate tenders will be received at the Government Offices, Dunedin, until noon of Friday, 12th June, 1874:
1st. For supplying the Hospital and Lunatic Asylum with bread for the remainder of this year.
A deposit of £20 must be lodged with the tender.
2nd. For the supply of Forage for the same period.
Forms of tender may be had from the Provincial Government Storekeeper.
Government not bound to accept any tender.
TO SCHOOL COMMITTEES AND SCHOOL TEACHERS
The attention of School Committees and School Teachers is particularly requested to the following Resolutions of the Education Board:
- The salary due to any teacher who may have resigned and left his appointment in any school will not be paid to him unless he produce to the Secretary of the Board a certificate from the Chairman or Clerk of the Committee of such school, to the effect that the said teacher has, up to the date of his leaving, properly made.
