ROSLYN ROAD DISTRICT.
NOTICE is hereby given, that by the provisions of the Otago Roads Ordinance, 1871, the persons whose names are enrolled on the List of Voters for the Roslyn Road District, are required to elect two duly qualified persons to serve as members of the Roslyn District Road Board, from the second Thursday in June, 1874; and notice is further given that a meeting of ratepayers entitled to vote in such election will be held in the Kaikorai District School-house (Linden), on Monday, June 1st, 1874, at noon: at which place and time candidates are hereby required to be nominated. In the event of more than two persons being nominated, and a poll demanded by or on behalf of any of them, such poll will be taken at the aforesaid Kaikorai District School-house (Linden), between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, the eleventh day of June, 1874.
