If not claimed, to be sold at the West Hawksbury Pound on Friday, March 20, 1874, at noon.

One Bay horse, no visible brand, blaze down face.
Owner unknown, for trespassing on Granton Farm, for which ten shillings damages are claimed, and in default of being released, the above horse will be sold at the public pound at West Taieri, on Friday, the 3rd day of April, 1874, at twelve o’clock, noon.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that a Sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business, will be holden at the Supreme Court House, at Dunedin, on Wednesday, the Eighth day of April next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon; at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances to appear as prosecutors, plaintiffs, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
NOTICE TO IMMIGRANTS.
THE Government having determined to wind up all outstanding accounts due by Immigrants for passage money, intimation is hereby given to all those in arrear, that unless payment is made on or before the 1st day of March next, the Provincial Solicitor will be instructed to take proceedings in order to enforce a settlement.
Parties not in a position to pay in full, or who wish an extension of time, are requested to apply personally, or forward particulars of their cases to the Treasury before the above date.
