OTAGO WASTE LANDS ACT, 1872.

Land for sale by public auction at the Land Office, Invercargill, on the 6th day of April next, in terms of the “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872” at the upset price of half-penny per acre. Rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle, to be depastured on the Runs; but the minimum stock on which assessment shall be charged shall not be less than the number set opposite each. NOTICE is hereby given that a block of 2500 acres of Agricultural Land in the Tiger Hill District will be surveyed into suitable sections, and opened for application on Deferred Payments at the District Land Office, Clyde, on the 9th March, 1874. The block is situated at the junction of the Moa, Maori, and Dovedale Creeks with the Poolburn, to the west of and adjoining Sir Francis Dillon Bell’s pre-emptive right, Ida Valley.
