NOTICE is hereby given that Section 2a, Block X, Mount Hyde District, containing 354 Acres, will be offered for sale by public auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Friday, the 6th day of March next, at noon, at the upset price of £1 per acre.

OTAGO WASTE LANDS ACT, 1872.
Land for sale by public auction at the Land Office, Invercargill, on the 6th day of April next, in terms of the “Otago Waste Land Act, 1872” at the upset price of half-penny per acre. Rental to be an assessment of 3s. 6d. for every head of great cattle, or 7d. for every head of small cattle, to be depastured on the Runs; but the minimum stock on which assessment shall be charged shall not be less than the number set opposite each. Lease to commence on the 6th day of April, 1874. A deposit of one-tenth of the purchase money, and of the proportion of the annual rent from 6th April to 1st October next, shall be payable; the balance within one month.

MONDAY, 9th March, 1874.
NOTICE is hereby given that a block of 2500 acres of Agricultural Land in the Tiger Hill District will be surveyed into suitable sections, and opened for application on Deferred Payments at the District Land Office, Clyde, on the 9th March, 1874. The block is situated at the junction of the Moa, Maori, and Dovedale Creeks with the Poolburn, to the west of and adjoining Sir Francis Dillon Bell’s pre-emptive right, Ida Valley.
Price, 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for ten years, with certain conditions as to improvement.
Applications require to be made personally, and a deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre paid.
Plans to be seen at Dunedin and Clyde, after 16th February.

PUBLICATIONS having been received to purchase sections 3 and 4, block XIII; sections 30, 36 and 58, 60, 62, 64 and 65, block VII., Waipahi District. It is hereby notified that Objections to the issue of Certificates for the occupation thereof, on deferred payment, must be notified at least twenty-four hours before the 11th day of March, 1874; and should no objections be made or sustained, the sections will be granted to the applicants.

2000 ACRES Land open for application on Deferred Payments, Tuapeka West.
Notice is hereby given, that Sections 1 to 42, Block XI., Tuapeka West District, Run 123, on both sides of the Road Lawrence to Tuapeka Mouth, will be open for application on Monday, the 6th April, 1874, at the District Land Office, Lawrence.
Applications must be accompanied by a deposit of 1s. 3d. per acre, being the first half year’s occupation fee.
The Sections are 50 acres each.
The purchase money is payable at the rate of 2s. 6d. per annum for 10 years.
Plans to be seen, and lithographs obtained at Lawrence and Dunedin.

2500 ACRES near Macraes for sale on Deferred Payments.
Notice is hereby given, that block II, Hiraethlyn District, to the east of block I, already surveyed, will be surveyed into suitable sections, and opened for application on deferred payments on the 20th April, 1874, at the Land Office, Naseby.
The purchase money will be payable at the rate of 2s. 6d. per acre per annum (in advance) for ten years, when, if the conditions are fulfilled, the land will become the freehold of the applicant.

The block lies to the east of the town of Hyde, and on the Taieri River, south of the Cap Burn, the main road passing through part of it.
Price, 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for ten years, with certain conditions as to improvement.
