Certificates for the occupation thereof, on deferred pay-
ment, must be notified at least twenty-four hours before
the 11th day of March, 1874; and should no objections
be made or sustained, the sections will be granted to the
applicants.

March, for Contracts Nos. 877, 878, and 879, Construc-
tion of Light Railways in the Western District of South-
land, embracing “Riverton to Orepuki,” “Winton to
Otautau,” and “Riverton to Invercargill, via Winton
Line at Makerewa Bridge.”
Drawings, Specifications, and General Conditions may
be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the
Provincial Engineer, Dunedin.
Tenders to be endorsed “Tender for Contracts, Nos.
877, 878, and 879,” as the case may be. The Government
does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender.
