DESCRIPTION of road line proposed to be closed

situate in the Mabel Subdivision of the Lindhurst Road District, as delineated on plan and coloured blue:—

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 5a Or 5p, more or less, being part of road line running due north and south centrally through Davidson’s Bush, between an east and west line dividing blocks numbered XXXII and LIX, and the point of junction with the proclaimed district road, to the township of Dacre, situate in the Mabel Survey District, bounded towards the east by part of block numbered LIX, five thousand and thirty-one links (5031), more or less, and towards the west by part of block numbered XXXVI, five thousand and thirty-three links (5033), more or less.

DESCRIPTION of a proposed extension of a road

line towards the proclaimed district road to Dacre, in exchange for a road line running parallel thereto, fifty chains to the eastward, as delineated on plan and coloured yellow:—

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement 5a 1r 39p, more or less, being a proposed road line through part of block numbered XXXVI, between an east and west line dividing blocks numbered XXXII and XXXVI, and the point of junction with the proclaimed district road to the township of Dacre, situate in the Mabel Survey district: bounded on the east and on the west by part of the aforesaid block XXXVI, five thousand three hundred links (5300), more or less, the same proposed road line being an extension of a north and south road line passing through Davidson’s Bush, and the eastern extremity of Titipua Bush, and between blocks numbered II and XXXII, towards the district road to the township of Dacre aforesaid.

NOTICE.—The partnership hitherto existing between Andrew O’Connor and Daniel Dougherty, as storekeepers and butchers, Otaika, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and by said A. O’Connor and D. Dougherty to be paid to A. O’Connor, and all liabilities against the said A. O’Connor and D. Dougherty to be sent in on or before 26th December, 1873. All liabilities by or against the said A. O’Connor and D. Dougherty will be settled by the said Andrew O’Connor.
