NOTICE is hereby given, that the Lease for ten years of the above Run, containing 300 acres, will be offered for sale by public auction at the Survey Office, Clyde, on Monday, the 29th day of December next, at noon, in terms of the Otago Waste Lands Act 1872, at the upset price of one halfpenny per acre. Rental to be an assessment of sevenpence for every head of small cattle not to be depastured on the Run, but the minimum number not to be less than 300 sheep. Lease to commence on the 1st day of January, 1874. The proportion of the rental for the year ending 1st October, 1874, and a deposit of one-tenth of the purchase-money shall be payable on the fall of the hammer; the balance of the purchase within a month.

Land open for application on Deferred Payments.—Notice is hereby given that Sections 7 to 16, Block II., Glenkenich, are withdrawn from the position of land open for application under Clause 38, Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872; and that they will, along with Sections 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 48, 49, 50, 51, 61, 62, 63, 64, and 71, Block III., be open for sale on deferred payments on the 14th January next.

Applications must be made at the District Land Office, Lawrence, and must be accompanied by a deposit of 1s 3d. per acre, being the first half-year's occupation fee.

The Sections are from 70 to 140 acres each.
