APPLICATIONS
APPLICATIONS are invited for the office of Teacher of Port Molyneux School. Salary, £75 per annum with school fees and an excellent residence. Applications, accompanied by testimonials, will be received not later than 31st December, 1873, addressed to the Clerk, School Committee, Port Molyneux.
Parties interested, in the house of the Clerk to the Board, Flint’s bush. All parties affected by the proposed deviation of road are hereby required to set forth in writing, addressed to the Clerk to the Board, Flint’s bush, within forty days from the publication of this notice in Provincial Government Gazette, all objections which they may have to the proposed deviation of road.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Palmerston District Road Board intend to levy a general district rate of one shilling in the pound on the annual value on all property throughout the district for the current year ending 30th June 1874. Objectors (if any) must lodge their objections in writing, within 30 days from date at the house of the Clerk, which will be heard at a special meeting at the North Western Hotel, on the third Wednesday in January, 1874. 12 o’clock, noon.
The rate books are open for inspection at the house of the Clerk.

NOTICE.—The Kuri Bush Road Board intend to levy a general rate of one shilling in the £ on all rateable property within the district for the year ending June, 1874. The rate book lies for inspection at the schoolhouse, Otokia, for thirty days from this date; and all objections thereto must be lodged with the undersigned in writing not later than noon on 7th January, 1874, when a special meeting of the Board will be held to decide on such objections.

NOTICE
THE Clinton Road Board intend at their meeting on Wednesday, the 17th inst., to levy a general road rate for the year 1873-4 of ninepence (9d) in the pound on the full net annual value of all rateable property within the district.
The statement of the proposed rate will lie for inspection at the house of Mr. Thos. Blacklock, Waiwera, on and after the 5th inst.

APARIMA ROAD BOARD.
NOTICE.—Notice is hereby given that the Aparima District Road Board propose to make a deviation of road, extending through section 7, and sections 38, 18, 19, 17, 16, 15 and 20, Oreti Hundred. A map of the proposed deviation is deposited for the inspection of all parties interested, in the house of the Clerk to the Board.

SEASIDE ROAD DISTRICT.
RATEPAYERS in the above-named district are requested to take notice that the highway rate for the current year is now due, and that I will attend at the Brighton Post Office from 10 to 12 a.m. on Friday, the 12th December, 1873, and from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Saddle Hill School-house to receive rates. Proceedings will be taken to recover rates in all cases of non-payment.
