The names of the Sureties must be lodged with the Tender, and it must be shown at the same time that the Sureties consent.
Schedules for tendering may be had from the Government Storekeeper after 3rd Nov. 1873.
Accounts to be rendered on the 25th of each month, and all items against a Department to be put into one account.
The Government will not be bound to accept any tender.

TENDERS are invited by the Blueskin Road Board for the following Works:—
No. 1.—Formation of 80 chains of Deborah Bay Road. Mr R. Lean, The Rocks, will show the work on Monday, Nov. 10, at 11 o’clock.
No. 2.—Formation of 20 chains, more or less, of Deborah Bay Road, commencing from School-house, to the road to Pullen Point. Mr Closs will show the work on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 11 o’clock.
No. 3.—Formation of 20 chains of Road leading from Blueskin Township to Blueskin and Port Chalmers Road. Also, Clearing about 10 chains of Boulders, Scrub, &c. The work to be shown by Mr Sime on Monday, Nov. 10, at 11 o’clock.
Tenders to be lodged at Post-office, Port Chalmers, not later than noon, Nov. 15.

GAOL RATIONS, INVERCARGILL.
TENDERS will be received at the Provincial Government Offices, Dunedin, until noon of Tuesday, 2nd December, 1873, for supply of the said Rations for the year 1874. Forms of tender may be obtained at the Gaoler, Invercargill. The Government will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
PENINSULA ROAD DISTRICT.
TENDERS are invited for the following works:—
1st. 140 yards metal on road No. 2, Highcliff subdivision.
2nd. 100 yards metal on road No. 3, Highcliff subdivision.
3rd. Claying about 18 chains on road 2, Highcliff subdivision.
Intending contractors for above to meet at the Lime Shed, Portobello road, at 1 p.m., December 3rd, when the works will be shown.
4th. Deviation of 20 chains on beach road, Northeast Harbor subdivision, from sections 53 to 50. Work to be shown by Mr Hooper.

No. 2.—Construction of Beach Road from jetty, Broad Bay, towards Mr Thomas Anderson’s. Mr G. Green will show the work on Thursday, the 4th December, at 2 p.m.
No. 3.—Removing Bush off Cowan’s Road, Sandymount. Mr D. Aitchison will show the work on Wednesday, the 3rd December, at 1 p.m.
No. 4.—Formation and Metal, Seal Point Road. Mr G. Boyles will show the work on Wednesday, the 3rd December, at 3 p.m.
