DEPASTURAGE IN HUNDREDS
OWNERS or occupiers of land within Hundreds are informed that by the “Otago Waste Lands Act 1872” the return of acreage occupied, and cattle desired to be depastured, must be furnished to the Waste Land Board, and a depasturing license taken out on or before the 1st December, 1872 (not the 1st January, as heretofore), in order to obtain the privilege of depasturing cattle on the Hundreds during the year 1874, and to give a right to vote at the election of Wardens.
The license fee is 2s. 6d.
Forms and licenses may be obtained from the Rangers and at this office.
