NOTICE
Of certain Lands in the Province of Otago having been reserved for a site for a Cemetery.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a site for a Cemetery; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a reserve for a Cemetery (that is to say)—
Section 6, block I, Cardrona District.
Dated at Dunedin this eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

All that parcel of land in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement nine (9) poles, more or less, situate in the town of Clyde, being block numbered XLVII on the map of the said town: bounded towards the north-east by Blyth street, 138 links; towards the south-east by Longstone street, 82 links; and towards the west-south-west by Coquet street, 160 links.

Of certain land in the township of Clyde, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a reserve for Municipal purposes.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a reserve for municipal purposes, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a reserve for Municipal purposes (that is to say)—
Sections 4, 5 and 6, block XLIV, seven hundred and five (705) links, and towards the west by Crown lands seventy-two (72) links; to all the aforesaid linkages, more or less, and intersected by Burrow street.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a site for a school; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a reserve for a site for a school (that is to say)—
Sections 53 and 54, block I, Macraes.

Of certain land in the township of Lawrence, in the Province of Otago, having been reserved for Municipal purposes.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for Municipal purposes, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as reserves for Municipal purposes: (that is to say)—
Sections 1, 5, and 6, block XLIV, 1, 2, and 3, block LVII, and all that parcel of unsurveyed land in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by estimation one (1) acre and fourteen (14) poles, more or less, situate in the town of Lawrence, being Crown lands between the new Beaumont road and blocks numbered respectively XLIV and LVII on the map of the said town; bounded towards the north-west by the new Beaumont road, seven hundred and fifteen (715) links, and four hundred (400) links; towards the east by Crown lands twenty (20) links; towards the south-east by sections numbered respectively 1, 2, and 3, block LVII, four hundred and forty-eight (448) links.

Of certain land in the township of Cromwell, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a reserve for Hospital purposes.
By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a reserve for Hospital purposes, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a reserve for Hospital purposes (that is to say)—
Block XVIII in the township of Cromwell: bounded on the north by Alpha street, on the west by Gay street, on the south by Orient street, and on the cast by Jus street, and containing by admeasurement two acres three roods eight poles (2a 3r 8p), more or less.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of section 160 of the "Otago Waste Lands Act 1872," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a School for the Maoris, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described, a reserve as a site for a School for the Maoris (that is to say)—
Sections 12 and 13, block VII, Waikouaiti township.
