George Murray Webster, Esq., to be Secretary for Land,
Horace Bastings, Esq., to be Secretary for Works and Gold Fields,
Gibson Kirke Turton, Esq., to be Provincial Solicitor.

John Lillie Gillies, Esq.,
was this day duly elected by the Provincial Council of the Province of Otago to be the Speaker of the said Provincial Council, and that the said election has been duly confirmed by His Honor the Superintendent.
