On the 14th day of May, 1873, by Mr W. Fraser, Earnscleugh Station.

1 bay colt, branded like B off shoulder, black points for which 7s 6d is claimed, driving and punt expenses; and in default of being released, the above colt will be sold by public auction at the Leaning Rock, Clyde, Pound, on Friday, the 6th day of June, 1873, at 12 o’clock noon.

On the 16th day of May, 1873, by order of Mr William McKenny, Trotter’s creek.

One red cow, branded like AB off rump. Calf at foot, no visible brand.
One red and white steer, no visible brand.
Owners unknown, for trespassing on grass paddock at Trotters creek, for which 4s. each damages, and £1 driving is claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Hampden, on the 6th day of June, 1873, at 12 o’clock noon.

On the 18th day of May, 1873, by Capt. McKenzie, Glenkenmish station.

One chestnut horse, blaze down face, scar on near thigh, branded like J off shoulder, owner unknown, for trespassing on Glenkenmish station; for which no damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above horse will be sold at the public pound at Tapanui, on Friday, the 6th day of June, 1873, at 12 o’clock noon.

In pursuance of the power vested in me by “The Savings Bank Act 1858,” I, Sir George Alfred Arney, Knight, Officer administering the Government of New Zealand, do hereby nominate and appoint the persons hereinafter named, to be additional trustees of the Dunedin Savings Bank, namely—

TO THE DISTRICT OFFICER AT SWITZERS.

I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a water race for the purpose of driving machinery, commencing at a point in the Dome Creek, opposite section 21 block I, Wendon district, and terminating on section 28 of the said block. The length of such race is one and a half miles, or thereabouts, and its intended course is north and south, and is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water.

To S. Thompson, Surveyor (owner) of sections 28, 29, and 30, block XXXIII., in the incorporated town of Palmerston.

Take notice that I desire the boundary fence between sections 25 and 26 to be made immediately, on or before May 30, 1873, and that such fence shall be eight posts to the chain and five wires, with ditch.
