THURSDAY, 2nd May, 1873.—5501 acres.
AGRICULTURAL LAND (CONICAL HILL STATION), WAIPAHEE AND GLENKEIRICH DISTRICTS, OPEN FOR APPLICATION.
The above land being sections 1, 2 to 28, block 8, Waipahee District; 456 acres (from 200 to 300 each section); sections 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, block X, Glenkenich, and 5, 6, and 7, block XII, Glenkenich, 845 acres (from 80 to 100 acres each section); will be open for application at the Land Office, Invercargill, on Thursday, the 22nd May, 1873, at 21 per acre.
In the event of more than one application being made for the same land on the same day, it will be put up for sale by Auction, open to all bidders.
Applications must be accompanied by a deposit of 2s for each acre of the land applied for.

The above land, being sections 1a, 2 to 28, block VIII, Waipahee district, 4656 acres (from 200 to 300 each section); sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, block X, Glenkenich, and 5, 6 and 7, block XII, Glenkenich, 845 acres (from 80 to 100 acres each section).
In the event of more than one application being made for the same land on the same day, it will be put up for sale by auction, open to all bidders.

EDUCATIONAL DISTRICTS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board has formed Outram and vicinity into a separate Educational District, and that the following is a description of the boundaries of Outram and West Taieri districts respectively:
Outram District
Comprises all that area which is bounded on the north by the boundary of the Hundreds; on the east by the Taieri River; by sections 1, 1 of 31, 43, and 52, block I, Dunedin and East Taieri district, by sections 12 and 4, block XVIII, and section 13, block XIX, Taieri district; on the south by sections 5, 6, 7 and 8, block XIX, Taieri district, river sections 40 and 23, and by section 10, irregular block; and on the west by irregular block, by sections 4 and 10, block I, sections 3 and 8, block V, section 14, irregular block, Taieri district, and thence by a direct line to the boundary of the Hundreds.
West Taieri District
Comprises all that area which is bounded on the north by the boundary of the Hundreds; on the west by Outram district and the river sections; on the south by river sections and block IV, Maungatua district, and on the west by block IV, Marangatua district, thence by section 38, irregular block, sections 4 and 10, block III, sections 4 and 10, block IV, section 26, irregular block, Taieri survey district, thence by a direct line to the boundary of the Hundreds.

NOTICE is hereby given, that by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias, to me directed and delivered, issued out of this Honorable Court in this cause, on the thirty-first day of January last, and in pursuance of “The Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867,” all the estate and interest of the above-named Alexander McPherson, the execution debtor, in all that parcel of land, containing by admeasurement twenty perches, more or less, situate in the town of Roxburgh, in the Province of Otago in New Zealand, being the north-east moiety of Section numbered eight (8) Block six (VI), on the map of the said Town of Roxburgh, bounded towards the north-west by Section six, one hundred and twenty-five links, towards the north-east by Cheviot street one hundred links, towards the south-east by section ten, one hundred and twenty-five links, and towards the south-west by the other moiety of the said Section eight; one hundred links, the memorial of judgment of which was registered in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in Dunedin, in the Province aforesaid, on the first day of February last, at the suit of the above-named Thomas Hammond, the execution creditor, been levied upon and taken in execution, and will be sold by public auction at the Sheriff’s Bailiff’s Office, Supreme Courthouse, in Dunedin, on Thursday, the 31st day of July, at twelve o’clock at noon, unless the said execution shall be previously satisfied.

THE Seaside District Road Board have decided to levy a special district rate of 6d. in the pound on all rateable property within the Brighton Subdivision, for the year ending 30th June, 1873. The Rate Book may be seen at the house of the undersigned, and objections to valuation (if any) will be heard at a meeting of the Board to be held in the house of Mr Graham, Boat Harbor, on 5th June next, at 2 p.m.

To the owners or occupiers of Sections 41, 42, and 43, Block IV, Oamaru Survey District.
NOTICE is hereby given that, whereas the south-east boundary fence of the above-named sections includes the whole of the Road Reserve opposite the said sections, the owners or occupiers are requested to remove the said fence without delay, or the powers vested in the Board of the district will be exercised.

The Bay Mare advertised in last week’s Gazette to be sold in the Oamaru Pound is claimed by Alexander Paterson, Oamaru.

- 1 yellow and white steer, about 9 months old
- 1 red and white steer, about 9 months old
- 1 red and white steer, about 6 months old
- 1 yellow and white steer, about 18 months old, no visible brands.
Owners unknown, for trespassing on roads at Otepopo, for which the sum of 5s each, driving expenses, is claimed, and in default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Hampden on the 16th day of May, 1873, at 12 o’clock noon.
