Land Office, Dunedin, on Friday, the 9th day of May
next, at noon, at the upset price of 10s per acre.

Immediately thereafter, section 10, block I, Outram,
will be offered at the upset price of £20, and subject
to valuation for improvements effected thereon.

NOTICE is hereby given that sections 11 and 12,
block IV, Ettrick (Mill Site), containing respectively
1a 0r 30p and 0a 3r 6p, will be offered for sale by public
auction on the ground on Friday, the ninth day of May
next, 12 o'clock noon; the former at the upset price of
£14 6s, the latter at £9 9s.

At the same time, sections 10 and 11, block II, will be
offered at the upset price of £5 each, and subject to
valuation for improvements theereon.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lately reclaimed land
sections Nos. 1 to 7, block III, Dunedin, contain-
ing upwards of 1 rood each, suitable for manufacturing
purposes, and adjacent to the Railway Station, will be
offered for sale, under special conditions by public auction,
by Mr James Milner, at the Land Office, Dunedin, at
noon on Thursday, the 1st day of May, 1873. For terms
and conditions apply at the office of the Secretary for
Works on and after Thursday, the 18th April, 1873.

MONDAY, JUNE 2, 1873, at noon.

RUN for Sale, by public Auction, at the Land Office,
Invercargill, the pastoral lease for ten years of—
Run 395, Southland, Otago, known as the Pahi Run,
containing about 3800 acres. Delivery at expiration of
present lease, in April, 1874, purchaser to pay one year's
rent in advance. Lease sold subject to right of Govern-
ment to take a portion for special settlement without com-
pensation; upset price, £1 13s 4d per hundred acres, for
the first thousand acres and 16s 8d for every hundred
acres in addition.

Agricultural Land (Conical Hill Station), 5501 acres,
Waipahee and Glenkenich Districts.

THE above land being sections 1a, 2 to 28, block 8,
Waipahee District, 4656 acres (from 200 to 300
each section); sections 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, block 10, Glen-
kenich, and 5, 6, and 7, block 12, Glenkenich, 845 acres
(from 80 to 100 acres each section); will be open for
application at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Thursday, the
22nd May, 1873, at £1 per acre.

In the event of more than one application being made
for the same land on the same day, it will be put up for
sale but Auction, open to all bidders.

DEPASTURING Licenses have been issued to the
undermentioned owners or occupiers of land in the
Invercargill Hundred, for the year 1873:—

NOTICE to APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED
LAND, under "Otago Waste Land Act 1866."
—It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names
appear in the subjoined Schedule, that the Waste Land
Board has declared them to be purchasers of the sec-
tions set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that
the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the
Receiver of Land Revenue in Invercargill, on or before
Wednesday, the 7th day of May, 1873, otherwise the
applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and
void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the
application will be forfeited.
