PALMERSTON DISTRICT ROAD BOARD.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named Road Board intend to levy an additional Highway Rate of Sixpence (6d) in the pound in the Goodwood Subdivision, and ninepence (9d) in the pound in the Meadowbank Subdivision on the annual value on all lands and buildings in the above-named Subdivisions for the current year.
The Rate book is now ready at my house, and open for inspection to all Ratepayers in the district.

HAMPDEN ROAD DISTRICT.
RATEPAYERS within the respective Subdivisions of the above district are requested to pay the amount of their respective rates for the current year to me on or before Monday, the 14th April, 1873, or legal proceedings will be taken to recover the same. No further notice will be given.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership between the Undersigned, carrying on business in Queenstown as Contractors, under the style or firm of Walker and Henderson, was dissolved by mutual consent.
Mr Peter Walker will pay and receive all debts owing from and to the said Partnership.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between John Francis Herbert, Edward Herbert, and Archibald McKinlay, under the style of “Herbert and Co.,” Merchants, Lawrence, in the Province of Otago, was dissolved on the 28th of February, 1873; and that the business will be continued by the said Edward Herbert and Archibald McKinlay, under the style of “Herbert and Co.”
All accounts owing by the late firm will please be at once sent in for liquidation; and those indebted to the firm will oblige us by a prompt settlement of their accounts.
