owner unknown; for trespassing on green crop and damaging the same—for which no damages is claimed; and in default of being released, the above cow will be sold at the public Pound at West Taieri, on Friday, the 21st day of March, 1873, at 12 o’clock noon.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership between the undersigned, in the business of Brewers at Queenstown, under the firm of “Surman and Davis,” was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
Mr. William Lovell Davis will pay and receive all debts owing from and to the said partnership.
