KURI BUSH ROAD BOARD.—Notice is hereby given, that all parties having their fences, hedges, drains, or any other obstructions whatsoever on any of the Road lines within the district, must have the same removed within ninety days from this date, otherwise the Board will remove the same at the expense of such parties.

POMAHAKA ROAD DISTRICT.—Notice.—Tenders will be received by the Board of the above named district, for certain road works in the Te Houka and Ashley Down subdivision, till Monday, February 3, 1873. Specifications for work in the Te Houka subdivision, to be seen at my house, and for Ashley Down, at the Waiwera Hotel. Tenders to be lodged with the Clerk.

A MEETING of the Ratepayers of the West Taieri River District will be held at the Drill Shed, Outram, on Monday, the 10th day of February next, at One o’clock p.m., for the purpose of electing a Board of Conservators for the following year.

NOTICE to Wharf Carters.—The provisions of sections 17 and 105, “Customs Regulations Act 1858,” and section 11, “Drawbacks Act 1872,” relative to the removal of Bonded Goods by licensed carriers only, are now in force at this Port.
Persons wishing to obtain licenses can have every information by applying at this office.

owners unknown; for trespassing on Coal Point road; for which is 6d per head is claimed; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Palmerston, on Friday the 7th day of February, 1873, at twelve o’clock noon.

OTAGO DOCK TRUST.
The Trustees of the Otago Graving Dock invite Tenders for Mortgage Bonds to the amount of £10,000 (in £100 Bonds), to be issued under the authority of “The Otago Dock Debt Trust Act 1872.” Tenders will be received till noon on Monday, January 20th, 1873, and may be for the whole or a portion of the sum, but the Trustees do not bind themselves to accept the highest or any tender.
These Bonds will have a currency of thirty years from the date of issue; will bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent. per annum, and interest and principal will be made payable in Dunedin, or in London, Melbourne, or Sydney, at the option of the purchasers. After 1st November, 1878, they will form a first charge on the property and income of the Trust.
