BYE-LAW XI.
A Bye-Law to provide for the taking down, alteration, or enclosure of dangerous or defective Chimneys, which may have been constructed without violation of law.
In pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in Section 181, Part XIII, of the "Municipal Corporations Act 1867," the Council of the City of Dunedin ordain as follows, that is to say:—
"Subdivision 4, Part V, of the 13th Schedule to the said Act, is hereby adopted in and for the said City of Dunedin, and for and on behalf of the Corporation of the City of Dunedin."
Made and passed by the Council of the City of Dunedin, this twentieth day of November, 1872.
