NOTICE

Of certain Lands in the Province of Otago having been reserved as an Endowment for a New River Harbor Trust.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act, 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for an endowment for a New River Harbor Trust, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described as a reserve for an Endowment for a New River Harbor Trust: (that is to say)—

Sections 1 and 8, block I; 5 and 16, block II; 16 and 17, block III; 1 and 6, block IV; 6 and 26, block V; 5 and 21, block VI; 1 and 37, block VII; 6 and 18, block VIII; East Winton.

Sections 5, block VIII; 15, block IX; 14, block X; 18, block XI; 14, block XII; 11, block XIII; 14, block XIV; 12, block XV; 10, block XVI; 12, block XVII; 15, block XVIII; 10 and 18, block XIX; 7, block 20; and 24, block XXI, Winton.

Dated at Dunedin this eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

Of certain Land in the Province of Otago having been reserved for the use of the Winton Agricultural and Pastoral Association.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for the use of the Winton Agricultural and Pastoral Association, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a reserve for the use of the Winton Agricultural and Pastoral Association: (that is to say)—

Section 6, block VI, East Winton district, containing by admeasurement five (5) acres one (1) rood and twenty-seven (27) poles, more or less.

Dated at Dunedin this eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

Sections 18, 19, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, block V; and sections 12 to 25 (both inclusive) block VI, Campbell Town hundred, comprising an area of 1769a. 0r. 2p. more or less.

NOTICE

Of certain Lands in the Province of Otago having been reserved as a Site for a Public Cemetery at Winton.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved as a site for a public Cemetery; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve as a site for a Public Cemetery: (that is to say)—

Sections 11 and 12 block I, East Winton township.

Dated at Dunedin this eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

NOTICE

Of certain Land in the Town of Riverton, in the Province of Otago having been reserved for the Western District Farmers Club Agricultural and Pastoral Association.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be reserved for the Western District Farmers Club Agricultural and Pastoral Association; and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore, I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve for the Western District Farmers Club Agricultural and Pastoral Association: (that is to say)—

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement three (3) acres and (3) roods, more or less, being block XVI, Town of Riverton; bounded towards the north-west by High street, five hundred (500) links; towards the north-east by Albany street, seven hundred and fifty (750) links; towards the south-east by Pitt street, five hundred (500) links; and towards the south-west by Priory place, seven hundred and fifty (750) links.

Dated at Dunedin this eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

NOTICE

Of certain Lands in the Town of Invercargill, in the Province of Otago, having been set apart as a site for a Grammar School.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have under and by virtue of Section 62 of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865," recommended that the lands hereinafter described should be set apart as a site for a Grammar School at Invercargill, and it is expedient that the said lands should be so reserved for that purpose: Now therefore I, James Macandrew, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the lands hereinafter described a Reserve for a Grammar School site: (that is to say)—
