DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership between the undersigned, Francis Franks and Richard M’Kenna, Brewers, of Mount Ida, under the firm of Franks and M’Kenna, was this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that in future the business will be carried on by the said Francis Franks on his separate account, and who will receive and pay all debts owing to and by the said partnership.

TAKE NOTICE that I desire the boundary or separating fence between your section and sections 4 and 5, block I, to be made immediately, and that such fence shall be a substantial wire fence, at least four feet in height, having not less than five wires and top rail; posts two feet in the ground, and not more than eight feet asunder; and that, failing the erection of your half of the said fence, I shall cause the same to be erected at your cost and charges.—W. NOTICE.—By Memorandum of Agreement, bearing date the 2nd day of August, 1872, made and entered into between Robert Coghill, Thomas Pope, John Tanton, Henry Detert, Thomas Luscombe, and Henry Vye, all of Waitahuna, Miners, heretofore carrying on business in Co-partnership, at Waitahuna aforesaid, as Miners, the said partnership was declared dissolved of the date of said Agreement, and the property of the late Co-partnership was divided amongst the parties as therein set forth. All debts and liabilities of the late Co-partnership to be liquidated by the said Robert Coghill, Thomas Pope, John Tanton, and Henry Detert, on their individual account.
