NOTICE

By Memorandum of Agreement, bearing date the 2nd day of August, 1872, made and entered into between Robert Coghill, Thomas Pope, John Tanton, Henry Detert, Thomas Luscombe, and Henry Vye, all of Waitahuna, Miners, heretofore carrying on business in Co-partnership; at Waitahuna aforesaid, as Miners, the said partnership was declared dissolved of the date of said Agreement, and the property of the late Co-partnership was divided amongst the parties as therein set forth. All debts and liabilities of the late Co-partnership to be liquidated by the said Robert Coghill, Thomas Pope, John Tanton, and Henry Detert, on their individual account.
