FOUND
Lawrence.—The grey horse branded N off shoulder, gazetted last week, was claimed on the 4th. Also, the chestnut cob mare, gazetted as having no visible brand, is branded M near shoulder.—Peter Robertson, Pomahaka-keeper. 10th August, 1872.
IMPOUNDED
On the 29th July, 1872, by Charles M’Gregor, Shag Valley, one red and white cow, branded YJ off rump; one red and white steer, no visible brand; by William Swan, one chestnut horse, white stripe in forehead, no visible brands, owners unknown, for trespassing on grass paddocks, for which one shilling each damages is claimed, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Palmerston, on Friday, the 30th August, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon.—J. H. Gilligan, poundkeeper of the Palmerston pound.

NOTICE
By Memorandum of Agreement, bearing date the 2nd day of August, 1872, made and entered into between Robert Coghill, Thomas Pope, John Taiton, Henry Deaker, Thomas Luscombe, and Henry Vye, all of Waitahuna, Miners, heretofore carrying on business in co-partnership, at Waitahuna aforesaid, as Miners, the said partnership was declared dissolved of the date of said Agreement, and the property of the late Co-partnership was divided amongst the parties as therein set forth. All debts and liabilities of the said late Co-partnership are to be liquidated by the said Robert Coghill, Thomas Pope, John Taiton, and Henry Deaker on their individual account.
