Swanston, Esq., Otama Station, one red and white bullock, back piece out of near ear, cocked horns, no visible brands; one red cow, cocked horns, like YO near ribs; one yellow cow, cocked horns, like GM off rump; one white heifer, short horns, no visible brands; one rean heifer, no visible brands; one white steer, no visible brands, owners unknown, for trespassing on his station, for which 10s each damages is claimed, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Tapanui, on Friday, the 23rd August, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon.—A. M’GREGOR, Poundkeeper of the Glenkenich pound.

IMPOUNDED on the 1st August, 1872, by Mr. L. M’Lean, one chestnut cob mare, no visible brand; one iron grey horse, N off shoulder, owners unknown, for trespassing on Bellamy Run, for which 2s damages is claimed, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the public pound at Lawrence, on Friday, the 23rd August, 1872, at twelve o’clock noon.—PETER ROBERTSON, poundkeeper of the Lawrence pound.
