NOTICE to APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED LAND under "Otago Waste Lands Act 1866."

The Sections in the subjoined Schedule being now surveyed, the applicants are informed that the Waste Land Board will give its decision on their applications at this Office, on Wednesday, the 31st day of July, 1872, at 12 o'clock noon, on or before which day, objections to the survey, if any, must be made. In the event of the applications being granted, the purchase money may be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue at Invercargill, within a few days.

EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS.

In consequence of the alteration of the boundaries of the Educational Districts of Kaikorai and Wakari, a meeting of the owners and occupiers of land and householders, in each of the said districts, will be held in the under-mentioned places, upon Monday the 19th day of Aug., 1872, at half-past seven o'clock p.m., for the election of a School Committee for the remainder of the current year.

Kaikorai District—In the Schoolhouse, Kaikorai.
Wakari District—In the Schoolhouse, Wakari.

The following Education Reserves will be leased by auction, at the rooms of Mr. Samuel Shrimski, Oamaru, on Monday, the 5th day of August, immediately after the sale of Crown Lands there:
