EDUCATION RESERVES.
The following Education Reserves will be leased by auction, at the rooms of Mr. Samuel Shrimski, Oamaru, on Monday, the 5th day of August, immediately after the sale of Crown Lands there.
Section 4, Block XVII, Oamaru Town
No. 2, do VII, Hampden Town
Sections 54 & 57, Block IV, Otepopo, 160 acres
Do 21 & 22, do IX, Awamoko, 238 acres
The lease of the last mentioned sections will be sold subject to valuation for improvements. Copies of Regulations and conditions of lease may be had on application at the Education Office.

WASTE LAND BOARD ADVERTISEMENTS.
EDUCATION RESERVES, SOUTHLAND.
Applications will be received by Mr. John H. Baker, Survey Office, Invercargill, from persons wishing to lease any of the Reserves as formerly advertised.
Copies of the Otago Regulations and conditions for the leasing of Education Reserves can be obtained from Mr. Baker, Invercargill.
NOTICE to APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED LAND under “Otago Waste Lands Act 1866.”
The sections in the subjoined Schedule being now surveyed, the applicants are informed that the Waste Land Board will give its decision on their applications at this Office, on Wednesday, the 31st day of July, 1872, at 12 o’clock noon, or before which day, objections to the survey, if any, must be made. In the event of the applications being granted, the purchase money may be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue at Invercargill, within a few days.

NOTICE to APPLICANTS for UNSURVEYED LAND under “Otago Waste Lands Act 1866.”
It is hereby notified to the applicants whose names appear in the subjoined Schedule, that the Waste Land Board has declared them to be the purchasers of the sections set opposite their names in the Schedule, and that the purchase money of these sections must be paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, in Invercargill, on or before Wednesday, the 31st day of July, 1872, otherwise the applications will be deemed withdrawn, cancelled, and void, and the deposit made at the time of lodging the application will be forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that block 49, Dunedin, will be offered for sale by auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Monday, the 5th August, at the upset price of £250.
The block contains one rood and six poles, and is situated at the corner of High street and Walker street, adjoining Mr. Gray’s timber yard.
Terms: 10 percent deposit on the fall of the hammer, balance within a month.
