TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Land and Works until noon of Friday, 2nd February, 1872, for Contract No. 541—Construction of a Timber Bridge over the Kakaho Stream, Main North Road.

Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the Office of the Engineer of Roads and Works, Dunedin, or at the Police Station, Hampden.

Tenders to be indorsed "Roads and Works Tender for Contract No. 541."

SANDYMOUNT Road District.—Tenders are invited for works on Seal Point Road. Geo. Boyles will show works and specifications at 10 o’clock on 1st February, and receive tenders up till 4 o’clock p.m. Also, for metal on Sandymount Road, and clearing bush and forming road round Hooper’s Inlet.
