Mr John Watt
to perform the acts required to be done by the Council in the revision of the Citizens’ List for the Town of Palmerston, and hearing and determining the claims of the Citizens thereof to be inserted in such List, and the objections of such Citizens to any other Citizen having his name retained thereon.

PUBLICANS’ LICENSES.—The Annual Licensing Meeting will be held at noon on Tuesday, 5th December, 1871, in the Resident Magistrate’s Court Houses throughout the Province. Applications must be lodged with the Clerks of Court at least 14 clear days before the said meetings.
