THE North-East Harbor Local Road Board hereby notify their intention of applying to the General Road Board, at their next meeting, for permission to levy a Road Rate of One Shilling per Acre on all the rateable property of the district, for the year ending June, 1872. EDUCATION
RESERVES at Wyndham and North Harbor.—The Lease of Block X, Wyndham, comprising 7327 acres; and of Section 50, Block XI, North Harbor, comprising 10 acres, will be disposed of by auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Monday, the 4th day of September next, immediately after the sale of Crown Lands. BLUE MOUNTAIN ROAD DISTRICT.—Notice is hereby given, that the above-named Road Board intend to apply to the General Road Board, on the first Thursday of September, 1871, for authority to levy a Highway Rate of Sixpence in the Pound on the annual value of all lands and buildings in said district. The Assessment Roll is now ready, and may be inspected for fourteen days from date, at my house. JOHN KEEN, Clerk and Collector, Blue Mountain Local Road Board. Palmerston, August 2, 1871.

MAUNGATUA ROAD BOARD.—Notice is hereby given of the intention of the Maungatua Road Board to apply to the General Road Board in September next, for permission to levy a rate of Sixpence in the Pound on the annual value of all lands, &c., in the district, for the year ending June, 1872.
