SECTION 21, BLOCK I, RIVERTON, will be sold by Auction, at the Court House, Riverton at 12 o'clock noon, on Wednesday, the 5th July proximo.
Area, 15 poles. Upset price, £4 14s. Subject also to a valuation of £200 for buildings erected thereon.

EIGHT ACRES of Land in Hokonui District, bounded by Sections 32, 276, the Pre-emptive Right on Run 146, and the road fronting Section 288, Hokonui District, will be sold by Auction, at the Land Office, Invercargill, at 12 o'clock noon, on Friday, the 30th day of June next. Upset price, 40s. per acre, in accordance with the 29th Clause of the "Southland Waste Lands Act 1865."
