TERAMIKA ROAD DISTRICT. — The Precept for the current year having been issued by the General Road Board, ratepayers are requested to pay their rates to the collector, at Edendale, on or before the 20th inst.—R. STEWART, Collector. 5th June, 1871.

AWKSBURY POUND. — The brands of the cattle impounded here are not correctly described: The brand is like a blotched X.—A. VALENTINE, Poundkeeper. Hawksbury, June 5, 1871.

IMPOUNDED, on the twenty-fifth day of May, 1871, by Stewart R. Angelo, farmer, Arrow Flat, one dark brown horse, branded like + near shoulder, saddle-marked on both ribs, one black filly, branded like ƒ near shoulder, owners unknown, for trespassing on farm and destroying fences, for which £3 each is claimed for damages to fences, trespass; and in default of being released, the above horses will be sold at the Public Pound at Lake Hayes on Friday, the 23rd day of June, 1871, at 12 o’clock noon.—William Marshall, Poundkeeper of the Lake Hayes Pound, Wakatipu District.

HEREBY give Notice that any person or persons trespassing on my property, being Application No. 762, Lake Waipori, after this date, will be prosecuted according to law.

LOST.—£2 Reward. Strayed from Henley’s Station, West Taieri, on the 26th December, a light bay Mare, branded m on off shoulder. Any person delivering the same to J. Stewart, North Taieri, will receive the above Reward.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. — The Partnership at one time existing between Andrew Hyslop and Joseph Wright, as joiners and builders, was dissolved by mutual consent on the second day of May, 1871.
